**Job Description:**
We are on the lookout for a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst eager to embark on a rewarding journey within a rapidly expanding company in an exhilarating industry. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior FP&A Analyst will play a pivotal role within our finance department.

**Role Overview:**
**Budgeting and Forecasting:**
- Collaborate with leadership and finance teams to develop annual budgets and update quarterly forecasts using Excel and DataRails tools.
- Maintain and enhance financial, business, and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in coordination with leaders across the organization.
- Periodically update long-range plans and address inquiries from leadership and the Board.
**Financial Modeling and Analytics:**
- Partner with Product Management to construct product profitability and forecast models, along with pricing analytics.
- Collaborate with the Controller to expand product and market segmentation and reporting.
- Conduct unit economic analysis and modeling, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decisions.
- Undertake various market and ad-hoc analytics to support business objectives.
**Corporate Project Management:**
- Support the execution of company objectives by the leadership team.
- Develop progress reports for internal circulation and provide support to various internal Tiger Teams with reporting and analytics.
**Job Requirements:**
- 3-5 years of experience in an FP&A role.
- Proficiency in DataRails is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in SaaS organizations, particularly in recurring revenue businesses, is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, engineering, economics, mathematics, or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly inquisitive and analytical mindset.
