This role requires a deep understanding of commercial real estate and proficiency with financial software and tools.Key Responsibilities:Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes with respective asset and property management, as well as finance team.Analyze financial results, monitor variances, and identify trends.Prepare and present financial reports to CFO & Leadership team.Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data for financial planning and analysis.Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Utilize QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager for financial management and reporting.Leverage Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create comprehensive financial documents and presentations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on commercial real estate.Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager is required.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, and advanced functions).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Patriot Companies?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a leading company in the commercial real estate sector.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.
