This position has the responsibility for the financial governance for the Global Workplace Organization. The bulk of the role is related to Expense Management activities for Operational forecasts and Capital cash flow tracking for Global Workplace (GW). This includes the outsourcing activities related the 6M square feet of office and lab space and the supporting Micron expenses. The Governance portion of this role will ensure that administrative and operational functions are provided to all sites globally in alignment with our Master Services Agreement. This role will drive and implement pivotal initiatives critical to the MSA. This position will provide financial costs related to the transition of capital projects to operations. The person in this position will need to be a master at prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently and various projects with a "no-job-is-too-small" demeanor. This role will require outstanding communication skills, the ability to be resourceful, and a curiosity about working well with a diverse range of personalities. You will lead leaders in driving cost savings programs, organizational alignment, and category performance. You are proficient in applying project management and organizational change management concepts to achieve GP strategic priorities. Supervise financial budgets for all sites globally and intensify concerns.Governance for Master Service Agreements with our service provides.Be responsible for the measurements of the quarterly performance indicators.Ensure the full portfolio of project plans are correctly phased for budgeting.Navigate ambiguous situations to unearth and address core issues or challenges.Independently lead and drive cross-functional initiatives, projects, or programs.Creatively address financial roadblocks to ensure sites operate in an effective manner.Organize, assist, be responsible for and lead internal meetings and events.Collaborate with counterparts at other sites to learn and use the best operational practices.Evaluate and document innovative service delivery options and share insights across teams.Supervise when applicable technology implementations and upgrades.Ensure corporate standards and internal company processes and systems are leveraged.Help promote a culture of compliance between contractors and client.You are:Well-versed in project and program management methodologies and frameworks.Fluent in using data to make critical decisions and drive cost-reduction activities/strategic goals.Demonstrate strong communication through active listening and clear communication to convey sophisticated issues concisely and accurately to all levels.Having a global perspective and a positive demeanor that is well-suited for working across different regions.Having an interest in business acumen, and data fluency, demonstrating insights to make a data-driven decision.Agile in adopting new tools and ways of working towards continuous improvement to better business outcomes.Leading without authority and collaborating with an inclusive approach across geographical and organizational cultures to achieve mutual success for Micron.How To Qualify:Bachelor's degree or masters in finance2+ years of capital and expense management2+ years of executive level communication2+ years of strategic planning, operations, managementAbility to work with cross functional diverse teams Exposure to project and process managementExcellent written, oral, and presentation skillsStrong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel-PowerPoint-Outlook)Experience using data, create business plans demonstrating insights to drive specific actionsProven track record to lead cross-functional teams and deliver technical solutions while mitigating or removing obstacles The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$119,000.00 - $207,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
