Role Overview:
You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining data fields within our proprietary financial encounter software. This will involve utilizing tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and proprietary software to monitor data quality, handle large datasets, and ensure accuracy. Rigorous auditing and accountability are central to this role, as you'll be instrumental in driving outcomes related to data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage data warehouse operations, ensuring data integrity and comprehensive auditing.
Validate and compare data warehouse to operational activity for accuracy.
Coordinate implementation and support for financial and clinical information systems.
Conduct operational analysis using Excel, Power BI, and basic SQL.
Compile and present financial decision support information, providing insights into performance.
Implement improvements and efficiencies by identifying trends and variances.
Respond to non-standard requests and interact with internal stakeholders.
Develop and conduct end-user training sessions on business intelligence systems.
Maintain security and user access for business intelligence platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, health management, statistics, or related field.
Five plus years of progressive experience in healthcare analysis or equivalent.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in software programs and data interpretation.
Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
Location:
This position can be remote for candidates residing in specific states, with working hours aligned with the AZ time zone (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm).
