Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Controller to join our team onsite. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as auditors and bankers Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and support Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation At least 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills Accountability:
Center Point DAAC conducts quarterly job performance reviews to certain compliance with established policies and procedures. The employee must maintain the following standards. Additional goals will be set accordingly by the supervisor.
