Financial Care Agent (Early Stage Collections) Location Remote in San Antonio, TX : This is a full-time regular position with benefits! Work at Home! Summary The Financial Care Agent is responsible for effectively negotiating the resolution of early stage past due accounts on behalf of clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, by providing a professional, positive, and empathetic experience to each consumer engagement, as well as adhering to all applicable company, client, and regulatory requirements. This is a call center position
Salary: $13.00 per hour (plus incentive) Can equate to approximately $14.50/hr) Remote-- We provide all equipment Needed (desktop Setup)
Training Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST (5 weeks) After Training Hours: Off 2 days during the week (Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/ Thursday)- Work Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pmAfter 6 weeks you shift bid for a chance to change schedule
