Job Description

JOB TITLE: Financial Analyst with HR and Purchasing Responsibilities (WFH - Remote)

OFFER RATE: PHP 40,000 per month - NEGOTIABLE (Fulltime)

Working Hours: TBD (usually US hrs Night shift)

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze finances, make budgets, and predict future financial situations to help decision-making.
Create financial reports, compare actual numbers with expected ones, and make presentations for bosses and others involved.
Handle everyday HR tasks like hiring, firing, benefits, and making sure we follow all HR rules.
Lead the hiring process, from putting up job ads to picking the right people for the job, including going through resumes and setting up interviews.
Develop and enforce clear HR rules and procedures to follow the law and keep things fair.
Take care of buying things we need, like negotiating deals with suppliers and making sure we're getting the best deals.
Keep an eye on how much stuff we have in stock, track what we spend money on, and find ways to save money.
Work closely with different teams to make our work smoother and more efficient.
Help out with special projects and problems when they come up, using your financial skills to find solutions.

KINDLY NOTE:

HR
You won't do any actual hiring/firing, more on assisting in the processing of employee's information in the HR system (applicant tracking, payroll, performance reviews, etc.)
Accurate hiring process stuff
Purchasing
Love the negotiating deals with suppliers
Will also need to support negotiation with customers
Analyst
Might also be some market research involved

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or similar; having a master's degree or special certification is a bonus.
Experience in analyzing finances, making budgets, and reporting on them, showing you can get the job done.
Understanding HR basics, knowing how to hire, fire, and follow the rules.
Knowing how to buy things, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers.
Good at understanding complicated financial information and turning it into simple ideas.
Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other programs for finance.
Great at talking and writing clearly, making sure everyone understands.
Can handle many tasks at once, prioritize them, and work well under pressure.
Pays close attention to details and does things honestly and accurately.
Gets along well with others and can work with different people in the company.
