Responsibilities
• Enhance, develop and maintain financial models, streamline business processes and perform financial analysis.• Develop budgets, forecasts and estimate to complete for projects related to manufacturing plant and functional department activities.• Perform part-level cost analysis, balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.• Present findings and analysis to executive level management.• Work collaboratively with management in decision making processes regarding the project.• Formulate savings and establish KPIs to monitor financial and business performance against established strategic plans.• Lead finance team to define and implement standard costs for parts transferring between manufacturing facilities and validate the accuracy of standards at a part-number level.• Analyze and explain production variance at part-number level to support root-cause analysis with transformation office.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field• 5-10 years' experience in related field• Strong Excel skills a must.• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills: ability to assess and define business problem, pull & analyze data to develop insights, and recommend solutions based on those insights.• Organizational and communication skills.• Self-driven and independent, demonstrating an ability to work with minimal supervision to accomplish and carry out goals/objectives.
