Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret clinical data to elucidate financial outcomes and operational impacts.
- Develop and maintain metrics supporting regional and system-wide parameters.
- Foster strong business partner relationships to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct ongoing financial and variation analysis to drive operational enhancements.
- Prepare and present financial information to management, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
- Complete ad-hoc projects to support strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's Degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis, with a preference for healthcare industry experience.
- Strong proficiency in computerized accounting systems and PC spreadsheet applications.
- CPA certification preferred.

Additional Information:
- This role may involve working with various departments/locations, including Systems Services and PHMG (PeaceHealth Medical Group).
- While predominantly office-based, occasional remote work may be accommodated.

Salary Range:
The general salary range for this position is $40.22 - $60.34 per hour. The final hiring rate is determined based on factors such as experience, location, and qualifications.
