You will be a key player in creating and providing valuable information to healthcare administrators and stakeholders across the US.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain complex Excel reports for healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Assist with the development and management of the budgeting process, monthly reporting, and other finance department tasks and projects. Dig into various levels of finance and healthcare data and perform budget to actual reviews. Collaborate with other departments on various projects. QA testing to ensure accuracy and quality of data. Loading and pulling data from SQL databases/analysis services. Understand the current processes, systems, and products being used and identify areas of improvement. Create and understand complex Excel formulas. Work well in a collaborative environment as well as independently. Create and maintain process documents to ensure repeatable results. Willingness to dive in and gain industry knowledge & expertise Requirements:
2+ years of FP&A Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical ability Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or similar Understanding of financial statements/GL systems Knowledge of data warehouses, SQL, or VBA strongly preferred Experience in a finance role preferred Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, BI preferred Education:
