Key Responsibilities:
- Month-End Close: Collaborate with the accounting team on month-end accruals and conduct variance analysis for companywide and departmental budgets. Assist in preparing board materials regarding financial performance.
- Forecasting: Maintain forecast models, including key cost and revenue drivers. Support quarterly reforecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning efforts.
- KPI Reporting: Assist business units in KPI reporting, analyzing key operational, sales, and financial metrics.
- Additional Tasks: Undertake ad hoc analysis and assignments as required by the finance team and business units.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance.
- 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in FP&A analysis.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform detailed variance analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with excellent time-management skills and flexibility.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning is a plus.
