Position Overview:
Are you passionate about numbers and analysis? The company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our client's marketing services and solutions business. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in handling moderately complex financial analysis, building and maintaining relationships with business leaders, and ensuring that financial analysis needs are met. We're looking for someone with excellent analytical and numerical skills, coupled with a solid understanding of accounting processes and principles.
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly working files for invoice submissions.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
- Update internal systems with financial data.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Engage in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior leadership.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records for all fleet and financial decisions.
- Utilize financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc., to synthesize large quantities of data into actionable information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or equivalent experience recommended.
- 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, with the ability to handle confidential data.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Access Database.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
