Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for weekly reporting on management topics such as service tech utilization, unapproved hours, and WIP for the US Distribution business. Lead for inventory management of the US Distribution business including cycle count metrics, E&O and scrap reserves, and inventory control including account reconciliations. Lead for EPM reporting requirements for the US Distribution business including generating reports and loading actuals & forecast data. Lead for management reporting including actual results and forecasting for US Distribution business. Prepare regular and ad-hoc analysis for finance leadership or VP/GMs of the US Distribution businesses. Job Requirements/Working Conditions
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with a minimum of 3 years' experience required. FP&A experience, experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis, management and coordination of multiple priorities required. Must be able to work independently. Must be willing to learn and improve processes every month. The successful candidate will possess superior verbal and written communication skills, along with a proven ability to influence those without a direct reporting relationship, as well as manage processes with diverse operational groups.
