Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: internal financial reporting, accounting and transactional research and analysis, accounts receivable reserve analysis and development, provider compensation plan administration, completion of financial surveys, various month-end closing duties, ad hoc requests for medical group system initiatives, and participation in the annual budgeting process. Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Accounting or Finance degree, required. Experience : Minimum one year of experience, required. Licensure/Certification : CPA license or eligibility, preferred.  Additional skills required : Excel experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and research skills. Additional skills preferred: Experience with interim and annual financial reporting.
