Financial Analyst

Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr Financial Analyst for a permanent/direct hire position that will sit a few days onsite per week in the Arlington Heights area.
Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive financial forecasts, reports, and analysis.
Review data for accuracy and analyze variances.
Support cost initiatives and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
Conduct finance reviews with business teams.
Maintain close alignment with senior leadership.
Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience.
Manufacturing/Cost Accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
