LaSalle Network has partnered with one of our most dynamic real estate/construction clients who are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join their Commercial Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in supporting strategic growth initiatives across our client's company. You will partner with the Commercial Finance Manager and various business units to provide insightful analysis, identify optimization opportunities and ultimately drive bottom-line results. Financial Analyst – Commercial Finance Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual P&L reports, ensuring accuracy and clarityLeverage your financial acumen to analyze financial outputs, proactively identifying areas for improvement and presenting actionable insights to stakeholdersCollaborate with Field Operations and In-House Technician (IHT) teams to gain a deep understanding of operational KPIs and their financial implicationsWork closely with the Commercial Finance Manager to develop and maintain financial and operational budgeting/forecasting modelsPartner with Field Operations and IHT groups to optimize our warranty claims and HVAC book of business processes, driving cost efficiencyTeam up with Accounting to resolve discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of Field Operations and IHT P&L inputsParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategizing growth initiatives alongside business partnersFinancial Analyst – Commercial Finance Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field1+ years of experience in a financial analyst roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools (e.g., Power BI)Experience with financial modelingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departmentsDemonstrated ability to think strategically and translate financial data into actionable insightsPassion for the real estate and construction industry and a desire to learn and grow in this dynamic environmentIf you are interested in this position and meet the qualifications above, please apply today!
