Responsibilities
• Analyze introductory-level financial information and reports• Provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to Senior Leadership• Provide consultation to business owners on financial matters• Maintain and confirm accuracy of monthly financial reporting, costing, and decision support• Improve performance by evaluating and quantifying cost-saving efficiencies• Administer and produce business cases using financial tools• Provide financial analysis functions as directed• Develop and effectively utilize software applications• Establish and manage project timelines for financial planning projects
Requirements
• Minimum four (4) year Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics• Some Financial Analyst or Accounting experience preferred• Excel Skills required• Self-directed, motivated, willing to accept responsibility for own work and is passionate about problem solving• Possesses the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and unpredictable situations• Proven client relationship skills and communicates in an effective manner
