Responsibilities
• Pull and scrub data for analysis• Review payment requests and create upload documents• Handle special requests as needed• Ensure regulatory compliance within assigned business unit• Identify and implement operating improvements and efficiencies• Coordinate implementation and support for financial systems• Prepare accurate and timely management reports• Work on complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation• Prioritize multiple projects and use sophisticated software programs
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration• 7+ years of experience in financial management• Excellent human relations and communication skills• Proficiency in using sophisticated software programs• Proven advanced analytical and modeling skills• Operational knowledge in healthcare and strong leadership• Previous supervisory/team leadership experience preferred• Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred• Experience in healthcare financial management preferred
