Responsibilities
• Assist students and prospective students with completing financial aid applications• Provide excellent customer service to all applicants, their families, and members of the community• Verify and track student and family income information and tax documents• Investigate, interpret, correct, and resolve inconsistent data or conflicting information• Prepare student files, ensuring compliance with federal regulations• Oversee the work of student assistants• Verify that all departmental payables and receivables are balanced each semester
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• Three (3) years of experience in administrative support or customer service

• Basic knowledge of all federal, state, and institutional aid programs• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other general office equipment• Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing• Strong customer service skills
