Position Summary:
As a Finance Manager, you will support local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets. Additionally, you will provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as develop analytical reports to enhance process improvements and increase efficiencies. You may also serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders and assist with the development of financial plans, budgets, and month-end financial statement reviews.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), HFMA, or FACHE certifications upon hire.
- Experience in healthcare accounting.
Skills and Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent Education/Experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), HFMA, or FACHE certification.
