What You Will Do:
Are you passionate about financial management and driving positive change? As an Operations Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing financial planning, policies, and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development and improvement of data-driven decision-making processes.
- Identifying potential impacts on operations, healthcare, human resources, and quality of care.
- Contributing to the monitoring of financial performance and conducting organization-wide performance improvement activities.
- Providing guidance on expense management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and capital planning.
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure coordination for major projects and system initiatives.
What You Will Need:
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with three years of cumulative experience
OR
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with two years of cumulative experience
OR
- Seven years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
- Three years of leadership or management experience preferred.
