DESCRIPTION We are looking for high caliber finance professional to join our fast growing businessess, Buy with Prime (BwP) and Multi-channel Fulfillment (MCF). Both startup like businesses with strategic significance and high exposure. In this role you will build scalable finance processes and analytical frameworks leveraged by multiple cross-functional teams. You will work directly with business leaders to define strategy for our business by balancing growth and profitability. You will apply both business and analytical acumen in a fast-paced, ambiguous and innovative environment.
We are looking for someone that has strong analytical and communication skills, with an ability to articulate financial results and analytical insights to senior business and finance leaders. Scrappiness is a must, as is the ability to dive deep into the data to help the new business achieve results. Successful candidate should be able to think and act both strategically and tactically. This individual should possess solid business judgment, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the strong desire to dive deep into data results and problem solving.

Key job responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting for your business area. Understand input drivers and validate integrity of the reporting to influence strategic decision-making and planning. Use data to identify disruptive ideas and provide advice to business leaders across the globe.
- With Controllership as the top priority, you identify, resolve, or provide guidance to resolve complex data integrity issues. You improve controls to address financial risk and support frugality.
- Educate business partners on financial and non-financial trade-offs. You make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where there data may be scarce or difficult to procure.
- Use active listening skills intuitively to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner. Adjust style for various audiences to articulate complex finance issues clearly. Your communications drive critical business decisions.

New York City, NY, USA | Seattle, WA, USA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of finance experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of finance experience
