Believe in nice.Pay: Finance Manager average monthly commission $15,000.PTO: We are proud to offer some of the most competitive PTO compensation in the industry. All regular full-time employees receive paid time off, in compliance with state sick leave requirements, according to the following schedule:0 – 2 years of service = 4 hours earned per pay period.2 – 5 years of service = 6 hours earned per pay period.5 – 10 years of service = 7 hours earned per pay period.10 – 20 years of service = 8 hours earned per pay period.20 + years of service = 9 hours earned per pay period.Part-Time Employees- Will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure.Benefits: Hannah Motor Company offers a variety of health insurance benefit options for employees and their families. Additionally, the Company offers a competitive 401k plan to assist employees with future retirement and financial planning.Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 2 paid holidays per year to Finance Manager subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.Responsibilities * Produces additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new- and used-vehicle customers.Sells financing to customers.Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.Converts cash deals to finance.Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer.Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approvalProcesses all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction.Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments.Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. before forwarding to accounting.Acquires and maintains, continuing credit insurance education as needed.Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.Seeks new lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and finance programs continually.Manages the alternative finance source program to ensure that several sources are available.Coordinates finance forecasting with sales department forecasting to achieve desired levels of penetration and income.Regular attendance, evenings and weekendsQualifications* Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking).Public relations skills.
