We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team in the NE Columbus, OH area. We are a growing manufacturer that sells a diverse product portfolio with North America as well as throughout the globe.  This role reports to the regional Executive Director and offers an opportunity to drive transformative change across finance, operations and our commercial functions.  We are seeking for this position to report key financial data, provide strategic insights, and contribute to our decision-making processes across the organization. 
Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth data analysis to evaluate company performance, providing insights into commercial finance, manufacturing efficiencies, overhead management, and ongoing projects Develop annual operating plans and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering actionable solutions to achieve desired outcomes Foster close partnerships with functional leaders leveraging existing information systems to inform strategic decision-making Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimize expenditures Prepare & deliver reports and insights to various departments Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Identify and propose enhancements to streamline processes within the finance function Assist in implementing management decisions aimed at addressing complex business challenges Contribute to the development and implementation of financial systems and tools to improve efficiency Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with internal and external standards Assist in managing inventory activities to maintain accuracy and efficiency Support other departments by providing relevant information to help achieve our targets Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by enhancing team capabilities through stretch assignments, cross-training, and comprehensive documentation of roles and responsibilities Collaborate with local and corporate stakeholders to drive continuous improvement by enhancing the information systems landscape Participate in internal audit procedures to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Several years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing setting Proficiency in ERP systems is required Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation abilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments Other duties may be assigned as needed Join our team and make a significant impact on the financial performance of our global manufacturing entity.
