Job Description SummaryDrive optimal performance (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain for the Advanced Ceramic Coatings JV. This is a senior level role and requires in-depth understanding of how every action in the shop translates to the financials. In this role you will be responsible for all financial aspects of ACC, partner with CEO to set strategy, and conduct financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for the Board of Directors.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:Site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activitiesOwn development of financial forecast, reporting, and analysis to support for the sitePartner with the plant leadership team to help drive business outcomes and plan short and long term strategyEnsure accuracy of P&L and Cash Flow statements of the siteQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance or Accounting7+ years of experience in Finance or 5+ years supporting supply chain functionsDesired Characteristics:Strong oral and written communication skillsCost Accounting experienceDemonstrate ability to work strategically with both internal and external partnersStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsDemonstrated ability to lead programs / projectsAbility to document, plan, market, and execute programsEstablished project management skillsSAP working knowledgeThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
