About Us:
We are seeking a dynamic Finance Director to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the financial landscape of our organization, focusing on driving efficiency, controlling expenditures, and fostering innovation within our manufacturing plants, procurement, and research and development (R&D) departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a global team of 2-3 analysts, overseeing approximately $400 million in annualized costs, in support of our Supply Chain and R&D departments, which collectively employ around 1,000 individuals.
- Spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing value through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, enhanced expenditure management, and more effective tracking of R&D investments.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to prepare comprehensive business reviews, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities while proposing actionable strategies to enhance growth and profitability.
- Work collaboratively with finance counterparts to develop standardized financial reports and operational metrics, ensuring consistent delivery of actionable insights to drive improved financial performance.
- Drive projects to modernize our analytics and reporting capabilities, while also championing finance simplification efforts to streamline our reporting processes.
- Provide support for separation and integration projects, contributing to smooth transitions and operational continuity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with a proven track record of success and scalability.
- Previous experience in finance roles within manufacturing and supply chain environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading global teams.
- Proficiency in financial systems, with the ability to align operational processes with accounting/system requirements.
- Strong team player with unwavering integrity and a sense of personal responsibility.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, demonstrate initiative, and effectively manage conflict amid organizational change.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action, prioritizing simplification and transparency.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple complex activities in a time-sensitive environment.
- Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion (HFM/Essbase), and Business Objects.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
- Specific vision abilities including close-range observation, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Occasional operation of office equipment such as computers, calculators, and printers.

Compensation:
The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $161,000 to $230,000. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as internal equity, location, and individual qualifications.
