Finance Director

Position Overview: We are looking for a Finance Director to lead our finance department. The Finance Director will oversee all financial management, planning, reporting, forecasting and budgeting activities. The Finance Director must be knowledgeable in financial strategies, cash flow, human resources, accounting, and raising capital. The Finance Director will ensure that all financial objectives and goals are met and be an integral member of our company. 
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and forecast financial and organizational performance. Develop and maintain departmental and organizational budgets. Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the companys vision and goals. Lead financial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. Develop and manage internal financial controls. Lead financial reporting and analysis. Lead finance team in day-to-day operations. Provide financial advice and support to senior management. Manage cash flow and capital management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field. CPA certification a plus. 5+ years of experience in financial management or similar role. Experience working as a director of finance or controller. Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Experience with raising capital a plus. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting.
