Finance DirectorToyota is looking for a Finance Director in the DFW area to help take our team to the next level. We are looking for an individual that can deliver exceptional service and build long-lasting relationships with our customers and 3rd party vendors.Finance Director Responsibilities:Secure the sale of the vehicle.Treat every client in a courteous, professional manner.Manage, train, and motivate the F&I manager team.Maintain (or exceed!) minimum acceptable standards with regards to the sale of F&I products and financing. These standards are defined by both income levels as well as penetration levels.Establish and maintain good working relationships with several lending sources.Submit all paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.Finalize all paperwork accurately and submit in a timely manner to the accounting department.Understand manufacturer's programs, special rates, rebates, and incentives which are ever evolving.Attend and participate in sales meetings.Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in the transactionsFinance Director Qualifications:Finance Director experience preferred but not necessaryFinance Manager with 2 or more years of experience encouraged to applyProfessional personal appearanceExcellent written and oral communication abilitiesProcess and detail oriented with developed organizational skillsConfident in ability to work under pressure and prioritizeBENEFITSFull-Time Employee BenefitsFull-time employees are offered Medical, Vision & Dental after 2 months of employment401K retirement and saving plans are offered to employees after working at the dealership for 6 months or morePTO and select holidays offAbout UsToyota of Irving is a family owned dealership in the heart of the DFW metroplex.
