Molex is seeking a dynamic and proactive Finance Business Partner to support our Connected Mobility Solutions Business Unit in Rochester Hills, MI. The successful candidate will be an analytical and strategic thinker known for proposing creative solutions and thinking outside of the box, someone with experience building relationships and collaborating with others to drive value, who effectively seeks and shares knowledge and communicates with business partners, while being adaptable and prioritizing work. (This role can sit out of Rochester Hills, Lisle, Chicago or Wichita.) Our Team
The role will partner with and provide economic insight to key business decision makers on all initiatives/decisions. The role will work with a global team and have a Finance Business Partner mindset: strong customer focus, high-quality work product; is accountable, organized, and responsive; is resilient and resourceful. What You Will Do Serve as a Finance Business Partner supporting business leaders; helping to guide them with sound economic thinking and constructive challenge on strategic business initiatives by providing financial insight on key drivers that impact their decisions Partner with product managers to develop product roadmaps and integrate into financial forecasts Develop relationships with peers across various other disciplines, along with decision makers, to engage in key economic and strategic decisions. For example, serve as an active member of product development cross-functional teams; helping to guide the teams with sound economic thinking, alternative identification/assessment, and constructive challenge Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Experience in finance, strategy, investment analysis, or corporate development This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship What Will Put You Ahead Experience in project investment analysis including economic modeling and understanding key assumptions, discounted cash flows, and rate of return Experience analyzing financial statements Experience in manufacturing businesses
