Responsibilities
• Tracking and recording financial transactions• Developing and implementing HR policies and programs• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations• Employee recruitment and training• Stewarding company culture programs• Working with outside organizations• Recording all financial transactions• Reconciling bank statements• Monitoring cash flow and investments• Grant reporting
Requirements
• HS Diploma with Advanced Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field• Advanced Certification in HR or willingness to get certification• Prior payroll and benefits management experience preferred• High school diploma• Advanced training in financial management or demonstrated understanding of sound financial practices• Advanced certification in human resources or demonstrated understanding of sound employee practices and positive corporate culture programs
