Finance Analyst I Location Menomonee Falls, WI : : Finance Analyst - Pricing and Promotions Work as part of a team to maintain integrity of all promotional and pricing operations. This position works closely with numerous cross-functional partners and requires working with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. It will also benefit from someone with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and a One Team mentality. Main Responsibilities: Manage pricing related to new products, changes in contract pricing, promotions, etc. Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve pricing discrepancies and order management issues related to promotional activity in a timely manner Own pricing analytics and reporting to drive data consistency and accuracy Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline processes Support annual pricing activities such as customer-specific pricing and specialty pricing programs Execute large projects such as company-wide pricing changes Partner with internal counterparts to identify risks and opportunities in pricing processes Develop transactional and business knowledge related to Milwaukee Tool, especially in the areas of marketing and product pricing Ad Hoc requests as needed Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Three years of experience in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office software, SQL Server, and ServiceNow Must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills Work well and communicate with diverse, cross-functional teams Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction Benefits of working as a Finance Analyst I in Menomonee Falls, WI:
