Key Responsibilities:

Office Management Mastery:

Lead and manage all aspects of office operations, from administrative tasks to creating an efficient work environment.

Team Collaboration:

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, working closely with various departments to streamline processes.

Month End Tasks:

Manage the general ledger, financial statement prep and review, journal entries, reconciliations and assist in monitoring AP and AR.

HR Duties:

Assist with employee onboarding and benefits administration.

Qualifications:

General ledger experience strongly preferred.

Associates or bachelors in accounting strongly preferred.
