Responsibilities
• Assist with packaging end of production line• Ensure consistent flow of butter reaching the filler• Troubleshoot line-stops and ensure timely start-ups• Provide oversight of good manufacturing practices• Wear personal protective equipment and escalate incidents• Communicate cross-departmentally• Uphold Food Defense Program and complete necessary forms• Participate in continuous improvement activities• Assist wherever needed and contribute to quality assurance• Adhere to 5:30 am-4:30 pm shift
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Adapt to changing organizational and operational needs• Effective communication skills in English• Ability to lift 60 lbs. multiple times during shift• Willingness to work overtime• Ability to work in Salt Lake City, Utah
