Filemaker/Reactjs Developer

Job Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and ongoing improvements to existing applications built on React and FileMaker , ensuring operational excellence and adherence to regulatory standards. Develop and build new customizations for applications to meet evolving internal stakeholder requirements, enhancing functionality, and user experience. Collaborate with project management and cross-functional teams to align development objectives with business goals and compliance needs. Stay actively engaged in the full development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to implementation and testing. Provide insightful input into the design and architecture of application solutions, prioritizing efficiency and maintainability. Act as a key contributor to the team, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development process. Job Requirements: Proven expertise in React development , with a solid understanding of its core principles and lifecycle. Strong experience in developing and maintaining FileMaker databases. Familiarity with project management principles and experience in leading or collaborating closely on software development projects. Capacity to work efficiently within the Central Time (CST) zone and Pacific (PST) Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse and dynamic team. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Hybrid in either Austin, TX or San Jose, CA!
