This position is responsible for group set-up, including plan building, new group set-up, quality checking of plan amendments and plan documents, network set-up and various other functions. Logistics

Description What You'll Do: Implement plan building and group set-up, including building plans so that claims can flow through the system automatically. Review plan benefits for system set-up. Troubleshoot system payment challenges when issues are phoned in by the provider community. Respond accurately and timely to telephone, written, and walk-in inquiries from internal customers. Assist and train new and existing staff to understand the process of plan building and set-up. Perform set-up of new group numbers to assist marketing with their initial group set-up. To Qualify For This Position, You'll Need Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Required Work Experience: 2 years of claims processing or claims systems technical support experience. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Good interpretation and decision-making skills. Ability to assimilate and understand the latest procedural developments in healthcare, as well as current trends in the marketplace concerning benefits administration. Ability to interpret contractual provisions as they apply to various types of services and procedures. Required Software and Tools: Microsoft Office.
