Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular monitoring, inspection, setup, calibration, and maintenance of semiconductor process equipment. Educate customers on system equipment operation and maintenance to enhance their proficiency. Act as the primary company liaison for assigned projects, focusing on installations and significant component replacements. Independently perform complex repair maintenance or unit replacement following factory protocols. Offer prompt technical support, addressing operational procedures, equipment malfunctions, and other technical queries to reduce downtime. At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment or a related field. Proficiency in the Linux operating system. Demonstrable mechanical skills and experience with electronic testing tools. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively under pressure. Desirable additional experience includes optics, lasers, software, robotics, precision mechanics, or chemistry.
