Responsibilities
• Perform Shop Repairs• Assist in packaging repaired instruments• Maintain dedicated area for Customer Repairs• Establish and maintain professional communications• Travel with current Field Service Specialists• Assist Field Service Specialists with service calls• Provide customer support, install, calibrate, diagnose and repair• Provide detailed training to customers• Prepare reports and paperwork• Maintain manuals, service tools, documentation, and inventory levels
Requirements
• Associates Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, or related field preferred• Bachelors Degree preferred• 0-2 years of service, repair, and installation experience• Prior field service experience desirable• Problem solving skills• Aptitude in use of desktop computer hardware and software• Relocation required• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
