The Field Service Technician role requires frequent travel, with approximately 80% of the job involving travel.We are particularly seeking US veterans with experience/education in electrical systems and nuclear systems.The role involves performing service tasks, identifying technical problems, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Performs Service tasks in various categories (installation, maintenance, repairs, etc.)• Maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs.• Identifies new sales opportunities and communicates them internally.• Coordinates and prepares materials, parts, and equipment for Service activities.• Prepares and reports work done in a timely manner, following up when needed.• Troubleshoots equipment failures and provides recommendations to avoid future problems.• Suggests product and quality improvements and communicates them within the organization.• Applies safety rules and reports unsafe practices and incidents.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent military experience.• 2 or more years' experience in servicing critical power equipment.• Proficiency in interacting and communicating information.• Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office products.• Moderate ability to self-Project Manage using MS Project or Excel.• Advanced ability to write test plans and reports.• Valid work authorization to work in the US.
