Responsibilities
• Be knowledgeable about IPG products and effectively communicate their value to customers• Assist in defining and documenting Technical Sales 'best practices'• Identify and provide technical guidance and expertise in customer meetings• Coordinate with internal departments to meet technical and commercial requirements• Gather sales and customer feedback for product development consideration• Improve relations with shrink wrap and stretch wrap equipment suppliers• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in resolving technical product issues• Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical individuals• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills• Attention to detail and strong communication skills• Well-developed interpersonal and time management skills• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direction• Must be a strong team player and self-starter• Adaptive to change and tight deadlines• Ability to travel 70% of the time by vehicle or air• Valid driver's license required
