Services are predominantly provided for customers in hospitals, outpatient facilities, and physician's offices. Check out our video, featuring Bob, to learn more about the role: https://videomy.co/sh2IydwYour Responsibilities Include:Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of the incumbent's work and by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements (including but not limited to being current on all training requirements for the incumbent's position and documenting that training).System installation.Preventative and corrective maintenance.Equipment upgrades.Electronic troubleshooting & component replacement.In-servicing/training biomedical and medical personnel.Presenting Service Program options and value proposition.Reporting of field activities.Mentoring colleagues and special projects as assigned.Travel Requirements: Up to 75% travel US and Canada.Required Qualifications:Two-year college degree (AA) preferred with a Biomedical or electronics major (equivalent education accepted)Excellent computer networking, equipment troubleshooting, administrative and communication skillsFamiliar with all standard electronic test equipment, including Digital Multi-Meters and safety analyzersAbility to travel approximately 75% of the timePreferred Qualifications:Must have good communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with customersMinimum 4 years field service technician experience with relevant complexity of technology and regulatory environmentThe anticipated hourly base pay range for this full time position working at this location will be $25.10 or from $25.10 to $42.65, plus variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonustarget(subject to plan eligibility and other requirements)and the value of core and optional employee benefits being offered atBoston Scientific (BSC), which can be reviewed atwww.bscbenefitsconnect.com.?At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of theanticipatedpay range.?
