Job Description Position Overview: As a Field Service Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and inventory processes to support efficient field service operations. Your primary focus will be on coordinating the movement of parts, tools, and equipment to ensure timely delivery to field service teams. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including field service engineers/ technicians, suppliers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of field service inventory levels and locations including trunk-stock Collaborate with the Inventory Manager to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages. Plan and coordinate the transportation of inventory to various field service locations. Work with the shipping department, carriers, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective. Monitor shipment statuses and address any delays or issues. Process and fulfill inventory requests from field service teams through SAP. Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping of inventory orders. Track and confirm order deliveries to field service locations or customer sites. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipments or trunk stock inventory records. Communicate with field service teams to understand their inventory needs. Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement and customer support, to streamline communication channels. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a field service or related industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics best practices. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with strong collaboration skills and problem-solving mindset. Additional Information Cutera expects to reasonably pay in the range listed below for this position based on the city and state listed in the job posting:
Annual base salary: $65,000 - $80,000 The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, and candidate residence if the position is remote or field-based. We reserve the option to pay above this range for exemplary experience or higher education.
