Full job description Description: Will be a Construction Observer for various municipality projects, as well as occasional private sector projects. Will be responsible for completing IDRs (inspector daily reports), using either MS Word or Excel. Will observe sanitary, water, storm, and/or paving projects. Most of the inspection activities will be in Oakland County. Will never be in a field office unless needed for a meeting or for equipment/supplies. Will drive own car/truck to work site, and will be reimbursed for mileage. Will be working on projects throughout North part of Metro Detroit.

Additional Skills & Qualifications: MUST HAVES:
5 plus years as a Construction Observer, Construction Inspector, or Field Project Representative Experience doing work on projects consisting of water, sanitary, sewer, storm, and/or paving Experience completing IDRs Word and Excel skills BONUS:
Experience working on municipalities within Oakland County Experience Level: Expert Level
