A Warrant Specialist is the liaison between our Field Operations Staff and the sub-contractors that will be performing warranty work. Communication expertise and attention to detail is key in this position.
If you think this is a match for you, We want to hear from you. Primary Duties & Responsibilities This position is responsible for the following:
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all subcontractors, Area Managers, Expediting team, Labor Development team and Inside Operations Warranty teamCheck with subcontractors each morning to confirm they have all necessary documents, materials and equipment to complete their occupied servicesAssist in clarification and direction of any occupied service work order questionsContact each subcontractor assigned to each occupied service to confirm service completionMeet with homeowners and builders in the field to resolve elevated warranty issuesAttend on-site product trainingsParticipate in weekly field operations meetingsParticipate in weekly labor meetingsParticipating in monthly financial meetingsQualifications & Required Skills Excellent written and verbal communicationGood Time Management and ability to prioritize taskAbility to make quick decisions and escalate issues in a timely mannerExcellent customer service skillsBilingual is a plus but not requiredNo two career paths at Wisenbaker are the same, we strive to have the best person for the job in every position which opens everyone up to the possibility of career growth and change the longer you are with and invested in the companies success.
