As a Field Manager on Via's Transit-as-a-Service (TaaS) Operations team, you'll be responsible for managing operations using our innovative technology platform. You'll manage daily operations while driving continuous improvement and growth of our services. 
**This is an in-person position with the expectation that you will be in the field 3 days per week** What You'll Do: Ensure operational excellence and an unbelievable customer experienceOversee operations in person, the business needs may dictate a need for early mornings or evenings at timesManage driver supply to ensure the appropriate amount of vehicles are in service at any given time to meet demand expectationsPrioritize operational issues as the real-time point of contact and implement creative solutions to solve problems as they ariseRespond to driver feedback and live customer issuesDiligently work collaboratively with a broad interdisciplinary team to scale operational processes, systems, and tools to drive rapid growthAnalyze, interpret metrics/KPIs in order to identify possible inefficiencies and apply analysis to optimize operations.Who You Are: A socially perceptive, environmentally conscious individual who is aligned with promoting transportation equity and the reduction of carbon emissions.A self-starter who is comfortable taking on a high level of responsibilityA driven executor with a track record of end to end ownership of a book of business, and a history of hitting KPIs and revenue goals.A team-focused individual that takes ownership of their work and pride in their team's success.Experienced in project management, creating and refining operational processes, and customer service. Multi-site management experience is a plus.An outgoing and sociable leader; skilled at communicating professionally with partners, customers and driver partners from a broad range of backgrounds.Willing to wear multiple hats and contribute on projects of all typesFluent in English, additional languages a plusBased in the Richland area and can easily commute to operationExperienced in managing (including scheduling) a team is a plusTaking initiative and owning new projectsComfortable with ambiguity and evolving / adapting as conditions changeExperienced in managing projects with multiple stakeholders is a plusBachelor's degree is a plusCompensation and Benefits: Final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills.
