Key Responsibilities: Risk Management:

Stay current with local, state, and federal safety regulations and ensure company-wide compliance. Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address safety hazards. Implement training programs to promote a safety-conscious culture across the organization. Incident Response:
Develop and oversee incident response plans to address emergencies and accidents promptly. Conduct post-incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and effective response to incidents. Employee Training and Engagement:
Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels. Promote a culture of safety awareness and encourage active participation in safety initiatives. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding safety-related concerns and initiatives. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of safety programs, and make data-driven recommendations. Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership on the status of risk management and safety initiatives. Qualifications:
Proven experience in risk management and safety leadership roles. Bachelors Degree in relevant field preferred. In-depth knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
