SummaryAs a Field Marketing Specialist (UKI), you will be an integral part of the Wiz marketing team, helping us accelerate demand in the UKI region within our commercial segment. In this role, you will be responsible for development, delivery, and execution of marketing plans across the UK and Ireland. This position will report into the UKI Marketing Manager and will drive programs with the goal of generating quality pipeline, stimulating acceleration of the sales cycle, and building customer relationships. What You'll DoWork hand in hand with the UKI Field Marketing Manager to execute quarterly field marketing plans that integrate sales and marketing requirements to support regional pipeline and revenue goals for our commercial segmentOwn end to end event logistics for field events and trade shows, including all sponsorship deliverables, staff schedules, program briefing docs, speakers, event promotions and follow-up, ensuring flawless executionDevelop and execute demand generation marketing programs including third-party and Wiz hosted events, webinars, in-person and virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, roadshows, and direct mailAdapt digital and content marketing programs to the needs of a regional sales teamWork with the UKI Field Marketing Manager and Partner Marketing to develop joint plans with key focus partners in regionWork with Global Marketing Operations to build event and program assets including landing pages, registration forms, email invites, and target listsWork with Legal and Purchasing for contract and purchase orders needed for regional activitiesSupport the UKI Field Marketing Manager in communications to Account Executives and Sales Leadership as neededWhat You'll BringUnmistakable evidence of natural curiosity and creativityMust be able to thrive in a company first dynamicBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, emphasis in marketing preferredA minimum of three years software/technology field marketing experienceExperience of working with Partners/cloud native partners/CSP'sExperience marketing to corporate IT functions in commercial companiesSelf-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of timeKnowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau and other MarTech is preferredStrong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns
