What We Offer: Base pay plus UNCAPPED BONUSES and UNCAPPED commissions Average first year income range up to $80,000 to $100,000/yr Eligible for up to $3000 sign-on bonus based on performance Hands-on paid training Medical, dental, life and disability insurance plans Paid Holidays and Paid Time-Off Competitive 401(k) retirement savings plan, matched by Renuity Growing social program with team building and rewards Luxury trips and awards Company wellness incentives What You'll Do: Engage with homeowners in Orlando neighborhoods to introduce them to our products and services Build rapport and trust with potential customers through compelling communication and product knowledge Identify customer needs and arrange a free estimate with us Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, leaving a lasting impression on every doorstep Assist our Regional leadership to motivate and coach a team of door-to-door marketing representatives to achieve targets Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the marketing team Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly What You'll Bring: Proven experience in door-to-door sales, experience in team lead or assistant manager role preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Type: Full-time, On-site
