This position is ideal for candidates with experience as a: Youth Camp Director Adventure Program Manager Outdoor Guide Residential Treatment Center Manager or other Wilderness Therapy work __________________________________________________________________________ This is RedCliff Ascent's mission statement. As our Field Director, you will play a vital role in helping us fulfill this mission. RedCliff Ascent is a wilderness therapy program in the Southern Utah high desert that works with teenagers struggling emotional, behavioral, and substance abuse disorders. We use primitive skills, evidence-based experiential and family therapies, and healthy relationships to help our students and their families begin their healing journey. As part of our leadership team, you will help set the vision for how to provide the best program possible to our students. As the head of our Field Department, you will work to create a supportive, healthy, professional, and growth-centered workplace culture for our Field Guides, who directly care for our students.

The essential functions of the Field Director include: Development and management of the Field Department Attract, retain, promote, and manage field personnel Represent Field Department in our leadership team Head interdepartmental coordination for the field Program development, including student curriculum

Requirements Please note: your resume should include education, work experience, certifications, and licenses BS/BA in a related field or equivalent education and experience in a related field 2 years administrative managerial experience in a youth program or similar program "administrative managerial experience" means you conducted firing, hiring, and disciplinary action with some or complete autonomy 1st Aid & CPR certified 25 + years of age per licensing requirements Able to pass motor vehicle record check Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment) Able to pass criminal investigation background check Must live close enough to the field of operation and field office to effectively respond to program emergencies Preferred
