Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise moving crews• Ensure efficient and safe loading, unloading, and transportation of goods• Coordinate with the scheduling team to plan and organize moving assignments• Conduct on-the-job training for new crew members• Ensure that all moving equipment is in good working condition• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to minimize accidents and injuries
Requirements
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the moving or logistics industry• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding work environment• Familiarity with moving equipment and techniques• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure• Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe working environment• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)• Valid driver's license
