Field Case Manager

Field Case Manager RN We are looking for a Case Manager for a growing Case Management Company. This is a full-time opportunity which allows the nurse a lot more autonomy with their caseload with still the ability to bonus.
Bay Area's weather is pleasant as the area experiences more sun during the year. The Bay Area has some of the best public and private transport you can find. Great restaurants and tons of outdoor activities makes the bay area a top place to live. Type of Work: • Evaluate injured workers
• Develop care plans
• Coordinate medical care between patients, providers, therapist
• Serve as a liaison between employer, insurance carriers, and injured workers
Requirements: • RN
• Prior Field experience is required
• Workers comp experience is a huge plus but willing to train Benefits: • Competitive Salary
